Sold whole, averaging 2.5-3 pounds after smoking. (Priced $10 per pound)
Dry rubbed & smoked for 4-6 hours depending on size of bird using Cherry wood for excellent color & flavor. Also throwing in Post Oak for true Texas flavor.
The price on this page is an approximate deposit. The rest will be due at pickup and will vary based on final weight. Slicing & chopping available for additional fee.
NOTE: Please understand that there is a capacity on how much I can cook at any one time and once orders max out my capacity, all orders will be moved to the next available cook.

- Pickup times should be between 5:00 & 7:00 PM but I will need to know what time you are expecting to come so that I can be prepared with your order.
